The Service Pharmacy performs various checks to prevent errors and problems. Yet it may happen that you think we have failed. We hope that you contact us in such a case.

If your complaint can not be rectified immediately, report your complaint to the pharmacy. If a particular complaint is filed more often, this is a sign for us to reassess the work system on that point and, if necessary, to improve it. This way we can prevent problems in the future.
